Foreground has been managing our rental property for the past 5 months. I have been very satisfied with their service. Their agents respond to my messages very quickly, usually within minutes or at most a few hours. I have not had any turnover or heard any complaints from neighboring friends or tenants. They also charge very reasonably less than others we have worked with. Our previous company wasted a lot of my time trying to resolve simple utility payment issues. I have not had similar incidents with Foreground.

I had foreground property management take care of my house for a little over two years. They always made sure to take care of my rental property regardless of the time of year. In the last month, we finally decided to sell the property and it only took them one week to get the house ready for sale. I'm pretty shocked by their speed. I really appreciate that they work hard work, are reliable and super fast. I've been with Foreground since Dec. I am very impressed with their service compared to the previous two management companies I used. They respond quickly whenever I have a question and get my approval before fixing anything. They work on weekend as well and charge a reasonable rate.

We found our house through FPM, Ling and her team are hardworking and really thought in our shoes and put our need in priority. She is very patient and really went into details answering our many questions. Our move-in time was during Christmas and when there was some minor issue coming up around the house I didn’t expect they would do anything since the staff were still in holiday but they still responded quickly and got all things fixed up. I give my thumb up for them and would definitely recommend their team.

I had an old rental house so quite often needs attention from the management company. My experience with the two prior property management companies are pretty bad until switched to Foreground last Oct. They are very professional, no non-sense and always act promptly upon request. And their price is lower than average. Wish I had switched earlier.

Three years ago I left Seattle for China. Not easy to handle the miscellaneous related to the property, I decided to rent my Clyde Hill Home through an agent. In the beginning, I was managing my property by myself and Then I start hiring PM to do the job, but some PM messes up with the payment, some even made mistakes when sign lease, one PM over charge on fixing/maintenance . Finally, my friend introduced me to Foreground PM, I now finally can relax and focus on my own business. They only charge very low PM fee. They carefully select good tenants and if there are anything needs to be fixed they hire professionals with reasonable price! They also keep a good record for landlords. So I don't need to worry a thing. Five start for Foreground and highly recommend them!

Foreground has been managing the house we rent for the past year, and we've been exceptionally happy with their professionalism and responsiveness. They clearly care about their tenants and not just the owners they're representing, which means a lot. On the one occasion when there has been a problem with the house itself (a furnace failing in the middle of winter), the vendor they sent arrived quickly and was able to diagnose and repair the problem within an hour. We've just bought a house and will be moving soon, but if we were staying I can't imagine having a better experience with a landlord. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service! As tenants, just after moving out we learned that the management of the house we had lived in was being switched to Foreground PM. This, of course, should have had no effect on us at all. However, because both the former property management company and the property owner had mishandled our deposit reimbursement and other contractual obligations, we were forced to involve Foreground PM and to seek assistance from them. They were fantastic! Where the responsible parties were of little-to-no help, Foreground PM went above and beyond to assess the situation, identify the problem and to achieve a prompt, favorable resolution. While our dealings with Foreground PM were limited, our experience was positive. The attention applied to our situation was enough to show us that they would likely handle all such rental management issues with the same level of professionalism. We are grateful for their assistance and can easily recommend them.
